Yoga for Beginners
Energetic Health Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine is offering classes in Yoga Basics, a five week yoga class for beginners. Yoga Basics is designed to bring the absolute beginner a framework for practicing yoga and for already practicing yogis, a way to refresh the foundation and go back to basics. This 5 week series class will emphasize the standard yoga poses with powerful biomechanics, learning to move the basic poses with the breath so you can experience how yoga is a holistic approach to well-being. Yoga is fun and for every-BODY (wide, narrow, tall, short, loose and everything in between) and best of all YOU FEEL GOOD!!
